About The Company
Home Afrika Ltd was set up with the aim of developing and managing commercial and residential real estate property. Incorporated in July 2008, it was initially registered as a private limited liability, in which Home Afrika Continental Limited held a 50% stake, and Home Afrika Investments Limited held the remaining 50% stake. Some of the key projects in its pipeline include: the Morningside Office Park, Migaa, Mitini Scapes, Tamarind Tree Residence, Lakeview Heights and Llango. In July 2013, it was transformed into a public limited company, and its shares listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
